i usually walk by this gate quickly, but it always makes me do a double-take. i finally decided to slow down and see what was really happening, and it's exactly what i thought. that gate is doing absolutely nothing since the neighbor didn't gate their side.

It's a pretty gate, either way. Pointless, but pretty.
hhahah that is weird. It looks like maybe they are doing construction on the other side so that one day it will be a gate too? poor lonely gate.
